I am a total smoothie fan and I love places like Jamba Juice unfortunately they don’t have one where I live . I know most people think of smoothies when it’s hot outside but I make them year round because I workout and get hot daily so a nice cool smoothie hits the spot. My favorite flavors to blend together are orange and strawberry so when I saw this recipe I thought it sounded good, I was especially intrigued by the buttermilk. I liked the added tangy taste from the buttermilk but if you don’t have buttermilk I’m sure Greek yogurt would do the trick, although I don’t think I would add a whole cup. I hope you like this tangy and refreshing smoothie for anytime you want to cool down or have a healthy snack.
