If you haven’t tried this milkshake before you should, especially if your a peanut butter and banana fan. I’m currently on a PB, banana and cinnamon kick, I love them together and who’d a thought they would marry so well together, usually three’s a crowd but not here. If you make this milkshake you have got to have a frozen banana because that is where the thickness comes from, you can add some ice for more of a smoothie texture but the banana really needs to be frozen. I always have lots of frozen bananas for smoothies, I just simply peel them and throw them in a zip-loc bag and done. I don’t chop my bananas up before freezing but that would be a good idea too. If your opposed to cinnamon because it doesn’t sound good give it a try, you’ll be surprised. If you really can’t picture it with cinnamon then leave it out and sprinkle a little on the top of your drink so you get a tiny taste. I have found this great cinnamon when I was at my parents house in So. Calif. at Costco, it was really cheap but the flavor is almost spicy. The cinnamon is Kirkland brand and is from Vietnam, so if your from the West look for this at your local Costco, mmm..it’s so good.
If you want to get the recipe for this milkshake I have posted it over at The Mother Huddle. I’ve started to do more recipes for the website so expect to see weekly posts that link up to them. I also want to share some of the other recipes that I have done with bananas and cinnamon so you believe me when I tell you they are really good
