Almond Joy Brownie Bites| grocery shopping the other day I saw “Almond Joy Pieces” and I happen to love the candy bar the coconut, chocolate with an almond on top yum… so I thought “I need to make something with those”.  That’s how these cute little pieces of joy made their way into my basket.   Later the idea came to me to make brownie bites with these little pieces of “joy”.  These little bites of goodness will remind you of the candy bar and they will disappear right before your eyes.  En“joy” these irresistible mini bites, or give someone else some joy and give these away!

Almond Joy Brownie Bites

Almond Joy Pieces
cooking spray
mini muffin pan or liners

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or use paper liners.
Step 2: Mix brownies according to directions, then take small melon ball scoop and fill muffin tin half full. Add 5-6 pieces and bake at 325 F. for 13-15 minutes.
Makes: 48 brownie bites.
